How care works
Care is provided by licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants through LocumTele, who decide whether treatment is appropriate.

How it works

01
A short health intake from home. No waiting room.

02
A licensed provider reviews it and, if appropriate, writes your plan.

03
Your medication and supplies arrive in discreet packaging. Shipping is included.

04
Check-ins, messaging and plan changes, with no new visit fee.
Billing
You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
Who fills it
Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. Lela Health is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.
Who sees it
Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued.
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Lela Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Lela Health provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
